These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stackbit's services, including our stablecoin transaction platform, agent network, and related services (collectively, the "Services").


Agreement to Terms


By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.


Changes to Terms


We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.


Eligibility


To use our Services, you must:

  • Agent Network: Access to authorized agents for transactions
  • Platform Services: API access and integration services
  • Support Services: Customer support and assistance

    • Acceptable Use


    You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:


  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Facilitate illegal transactions or activities
  • Violate sanctions or trade restrictions
  • Engage in fraud or deception
  • Attempt to hack or breach our systems

    Exchange Rates and Fees


  • Market-based rates updated in real-time
  • Transaction fees disclosed before confirmation
  • Agent fees may apply for certain transactions
  • Network fees for blockchain transactions

    • Transaction Limits


  • Tier-based limits based on verification level
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly limits apply
  • Limit enforcement automatic in our systems

    • Limitations of Liability


  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim
  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • No warranties of merchantability or fitness
  • Services provided "as is" and "as available"

    • Intellectual Property


  • All content on our platform is owned by Stackbit
  • Trademarks and logos are our property
  • Technology and software are proprietary
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited

    • Termination


    We may suspend or terminate your account for:


  • Violation of these Terms or policies
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Compliance violations or regulatory issues
  • Security concerns or threats

    • Dispute Resolution
